Nickel Oxide
Metal & Materials Processing is a manufacturer of black nickel oxide. This oxide is produced from a nickel carbonate raw material with a compound purity of 99.8%. Typical specification ranges for this black nickel oxide are:
68 – 78% Nickel Content
10 – 100 m2/g Surface Area
mv of 2 – 8 μm Particle Size
10 – 100 m2/g Surface Area
mv of 2 – 8 μm Particle Size
The reason for the range in specifications is that Metal & Materials Processing has the capability during production of the black nickel oxide to selectively target various nickel content and surface area parameters, and has the post-production ability to mill the nickel oxide to finer particle sizes, based on customer requirements.
