Nickel Carbonate
Metal & Materials Processing is a supplier of various qualities of nickel carbonate.
Catalyst Grade Nickel Carbonate has a compound purity of 99.8%, and a typical dry basis nickel content of 53.5 – 54% Ni. Rarely, however, is this material dried completely, because a dustless powder can be produced by retaining some moisture. Actual nickel content of the carbonate produced by Metal & Materials Processing is typically 41 – 50% Ni depending upon customer requirements, though grades outside of this range can also be produced as necessary.
Frit Grade Nickel Carbonate has a typical dry basis nickel content of 35 – 40% Ni. As with the Catalyst Grade, the Frit Grade product can be dried to varying levels of moisture and nickel depending upon customer requirements and preferences.
